There is a wealth of information in books and online about the care of most creatures. It is crucial before you get any creature that you research all the basic requirements to give them the most natural conditions and healthy environment. Some information is generic and varied but we like to ‘keep it simple’.

Start with the easier, hardier species. If you truly have a passion for these amazing creatures it will always stay with you, so take your time to gain experience rather than diving in at the deep end to the potential demise of the bugs.

After doing your research, the only way to gain experience is with time, dedication and care and your successes will tell you how well you are doing and give you confidence to keep new species.
